Our experience has shown that, generally, most businesses have decent control on their costs. However, there are a number of areas where costs can be reduced even further without a detrimental effect on the quality of service. For example telecommunication costs can usually be reduced by talking to, and negotiating with the telecom companies. Similar opportunities exist in other areas of the business and sometimes it is just a matter of not having the resources to deal with the items. We take the time to analyze such costs and negotiate rate changes with the various suppliers.
